Zhenzhong Electric Upgrades 8m Long-Span Cable Tray Production Line, Empowering Central China’s New Energy Infrastructure
In June 2026, Anhui Zhenzhong Electrical Technology Co., Ltd. completed full upgrading of its automatic long-span cable tray production line, becoming the first local manufacturer in Hefei with stable mass production capacity for 8m single-section super-long cable trays, filling the capacity gap for new energy and large factory infrastructure in Central China.
The upgraded workshop is equipped with new CNC continuous bending, automatic straightening and integrated coating equipment, enabling unmanned continuous production of long-span trays from steel blanking, forming and anti-corrosion treatment to finished packaging. Dimensional accuracy, load-bearing capacity, fire resistance and anti-corrosion performance have all been optimized. For long-distance wiring without intermediate supports in centralized photovoltaic power stations and large warehouses, the 8m long-span tray reduces bracket usage by over 40%, greatly shortening on-site construction periods.
Founded in 2011, Zhenzhong Electric operates two manufacturing divisions: the cable tray division in Anhui and the bus duct division in Jiangsu, covering a total plant area of 15,000㎡ and delivering one-stop supply of cable trays, bus ducts and high-low voltage switchgear. The company provides 7×12-hour online after-sales support and 24-hour on-site technical service within Anhui Province, covering neighboring provinces Jiangsu, Henan and Hubei. Over the past three years, annual cable tray sales volume has exceeded 5,000 tons, with high repurchase rates from long-term engineering clients.
Executives commented that the rapid expansion of new energy infrastructure has driven surging demand for long-span, fire-resistant and anti-corrosion cable trays. Leveraging its full in-house manufacturing chain, Zhenzhong will further shorten lead times for non-standard trays and bus ducts, supporting regional new power system construction with cost-effective complete electrical products.
