1. Product Overview

Splice Plate (also called cable tray connecting plate) is a standard fitting for cable tray systems, used to connect two sections of cable tray in straight run, elbows, tees and reducers. Fastened with bolts, flat washers and spring washers, it ensures rigid joint connection and continuous metal earthing conduction. It is universally compatible with ladder, perforated, solid trough, fireproof, stainless steel and aluminum alloy cable trays.

1. Hot-Dip Galvanized Splice Plate
Stamped from Q235 cold rolled steel with full hot galvanizing coating. Cost-effective for ordinary galvanized trays, indoor factories and dry basements.
2. 304 / 316 Stainless Steel Splice Plate
One-piece stainless stamping with excellent salt spray and acid resistance. Matched with stainless & aluminum trays for coastal, chemical, sewage, food and pharmaceutical workshops.
3. Fire Retardant Powder Coated Splice Plate
Steel base coated with intumescent fireproof paint, supporting fire resistant cable trays to maintain consistent fire performance of the whole wiring route for fire protection projects.

1. Straight Splice Plate (Standard Connector)
Rectangular plate with 2 or 4 holes for straight tray joint. Light-duty and thickened heavy-duty versions available, thicker plates for wider trays.
2. Inner & Outer Elbow Splice Plate
Curved plates for horizontal & vertical elbows to achieve seamless fitting without warping.
3. Tee & Reducer Splice Plate
Special shaped perforated plates for tee joints and size reducers to keep tight connection and continuous conductivity.
4. Heavy-Duty Thickened Splice Plate
2.0mm–3.0mm thick plate for long-span and wide heavy-load trays, anti-deformation under large load.
Standard thickness: 1.2mm, 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, 3.0mm; holes fit standard M8 / M10 fixing bolts.
