1. Product Overview

Cable tray support brackets are load-bearing fixing accessories for cable tray systems, including U-type trapeze hangers, double-rod hangers, wall support arms and upright posts. Matched with threaded rods, expansion bolts and fasteners, they fix ladder, perforated and solid cable trays under ceilings, on walls or steel structures, bearing the full weight of trays and cables to ensure stable wiring for overhead, wall-mounted and floor-standing installation.

2. U-Type Tray Hanger (吊框)

1. Structure
Integral bent U-shaped light-duty hanger suspended by single threaded rod. The open frame supports the bottom of small-size cable trays (50×25, 100×50, 150×100 etc.).
2. Application
Only for light-duty narrow trays (width ≤200mm) used for weak current, fiber optic cables in office buildings, data rooms and retail ceilings. Not suitable for heavy high-voltage cables or long-span trays.
3. Features

- One-piece stamped bending design, fast installation with fewer parts and lower cost;
- Single rod design saves ceiling space;
- 2.5–3mm thick steel plate, hot-dip galvanized or 304 stainless steel available;
- Standard mounting spacing: 1.5–2m, fixed to slab with full-thread rod and nuts.

3. General Cable Tray Supports

Double-Rod Trapeze Hanger

Two threaded rods with channel/angle cross arm, much higher load capacity than U-type hangers. Standard for trays wider than 200mm and heavy power cables in factories, utility tunnels and substations, supports multi-layer tray installation.

Wall Support Arm (Cantilever Bracket / 托臂)

L-shaped single-side bracket fixed to walls or steel uprights by expansion bolts, for side mounting in pipe galleries, equipment mezzanines and vertical shafts. Light, medium and heavy thickened types optional.

Floor Upright Post (立柱)

Angle/channel steel post with base plate fixed on ground, fitted with multi-layer support arms for basement cable trenches and equipment rooms.
