Aluminum Alloy Cable Tray

1. Product Overview

Aluminum alloy cable tray is integrally extruded from premium 6063-T5 / 6061-T6 / 5052 aluminum alloy. It is a lightweight anti-corrosion cable support system. Unlike steel trays, it requires no galvanizing or paint coating, as a dense natural aluminum oxide film forms on its surface for permanent rust protection. Available in ladder, perforated tray, solid trough and long span types, it widely replaces carbon steel trays for outdoor, coastal, high-rise, marine and data center wiring, balancing light weight, high mechanical strength and long-term corrosion resistance.

2. Main Materials & Surface Treatment

1. 6063-T5 Aluminum Alloy (General Purpose)
Cost-effective, good ductility and easy bending. Suitable for office buildings, factories and slightly humid outdoor areas, normally finished with anodizing for wear and corrosion resistance.
2. 6061-T6 Aluminum Alloy (Heavy-Duty Long Span)
Higher tensile strength. Thickened extruded profiles support 3–6m unsupported spans, ideal for exhibition centers, utility tunnels and photovoltaic power stations.
3. 5052 Aluminum Alloy (Marine Grade)
Superior resistance to chloride ions and seawater salt spray, designed for docks, ships and offshore wind power projects.
