1. Product Overview

Polyurethane Cable Tray (PU Composite Cable Tray) is a new type non-metallic composite cable support. It is pultruded/molded integrally with modified polyurethane resin as matrix and alkali-free fiberglass as reinforcing skeleton, without any metal composition. It combines outstanding corrosion resistance, high-tough insulation, lightweight & wide temperature adaptability, impact crack resistance. It overcomes the defects of ordinary FRP trays such as high brittleness, easy cracking at low temperature and fiber dust during construction. It is specially used for chemical, coastal, tunnel, energy storage, rail transit and other projects with strong corrosion & extreme temperature difference environments.

2. Modified Material Grades

1. General Weatherproof PU Tray
Cost-effective basic grade, resistant to moisture, weak acid, alkali and UV. Suitable for outdoor photovoltaic, general utility tunnels and humid workshops, stable from -30℃ to 80℃.
2. Vinyl Modified High Anti-Corrosion PU Tray
Superior resistance to strong acid, alkali, chloride ion, chemical waste gas and seawater salt spray, better than ordinary polyester FRP. For electroplating, pharmaceutical, seawater desalination and coastal docks.
3. B1 Flame Retardant & Anti-Static PU Tray
Environment-friendly flame retardant & antistatic additives, B1 fire rating, no spark risk & low toxic smoke. Applicable to oil & gas dust explosion-proof workshops, energy storage power stations and mine tunnels.
4. Low-Temperature Special PU Tray
High-toughness modified formula, no brittle cracking at -40℃, for cold northern factories, open-air bridges and alpine wind power projects.

Open rung design with best heat dissipation, ultra-lightweight for large-section high-voltage cables & long-distance overhead installation in high-temperature workshops.
3. PU Perforated Tray Cable Tray
Semi-closed base with uniform heat dissipation holes, balancing load bearing & heat dissipation, widely used for power cable routing in industrial plants.
4. PU Long Span Cable Tray
Thickened profile with composite reinforcing ribs, single unsupported span up to 2–4m, reducing support quantity for large factories and municipal utility tunnels.
